New Desserts

We don't actually change the menu til the 23rd but I got the plates approved by the F&B Director today and that means... PICTURES!

Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee with cookies and berries

Coconut Mousee Pyramid with Raspberry Center, butter tuile, mango and raspberry sauce






Passionfruit Pannacotta with Chocolate Dacquoise, White chocolate truffle curl, raspberry sauce and anglaise.




Black & White Cake (devil's food with white chocolate mousse), raspberry sauce and anglaise
