VIP Dinner

Raspberry Mousse Dome with Hazelnut Truffle Center, Chocolate Hazelnut Dacquoise, Dark Chocolate Ganache

Made for a VIP dinner at work. The flavor combination is this particular person's favorite. The entire dessert is fabulous but it's the cake at the base that is to die for. It's chocolatey, chewy and the hazelnut meal adds just the right flavor to it. We also make an almond version that sits under a passionfruit panna cotta that is good and suits that dessert but I'd pick the hazelnut every time.
